YOU DO NOT “CHEAT” ON A HEALTHY EATING because treating yourself is part of healthy eating.
Cheat is a negative word, if you start thinking of giving yourself the opportunity of having sweets here and there as “cheating” hen you’re automatically going to have a negative mindset towards it and every time you have sweets or go out to eat you’re going to feel guilty.
Repeat after me: eating healthy means moderation of sweets and making healthy food choices, it does not mean no sweets ever and only vegetables.
You’re not going to lose your progress at all, I promise you! Enjoy yourself, treat yourself, you are just fine.
